Lynne Cardinal is an author, coach, and guide in the field of well-being and personal transformation with over 30 years of experience. She offers private sessions in person and virtually on stress management, hypnotherapy, communication, well-being, relaxation, and meditation in Canada, the US, Europe, and India. She has studied Individual and Collective Trauma work and is a certified Naturotherapist. Lynne is a certified hypnotist and follows the NGH Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. She lived in India for 15 years, studying and teaching Sanskrit and Philosophy, and received a Ph.D. in Eastern Philosophy. Lynne has published numerous articles on Hypnosis and Meditation and is a published author.
