En Route has been in business since 1999 serving the film and television industry. We operate from a 4,000 square foot, custom designed commercial kitchen in order to meet the needs of our clients. We are close to major highways and get to any location in the local area easily. We have four partners and each owner is active in the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure quality control and proper management.You can choose from our existing successful menus or we can customize menus for you and your crew. We can prepare meals for 25 people and up.
