Package design: Packaging has a huge impact on a woman's decision to buy. And, contrary to what many marketers believe, pink is NOT catnip for women. Taking a product and simply making a smaller version of it to fit the female hand isn't a quick-fix either. Resist the urge to pink it and shrink it when designing packaging to appeal to women.
