We opened up in 2012. It was not long until we realized: most of our counterparts in the business are missing a few very basic professional skills or values. Organization, communication, and integrity stood out right away. It seemed like every second or third client we met had a story to tell, and the unpleasant feelings continued to linger on. We saw the need for professionalism and focus, not just experience. "How can we show the client we're different?", we asked ourselves. And so U.P.O.D.
