When I graduated from university 19 years ago (yikes...) with a Chemistry degree who would have ever thought that life would take me from science and land me in properties! But I love it. My business centers around real estate development. In addition to buying, selling, renovating and developing properties for clients it is also something that I do personally. So the guidance and connections that I provide are based on real-life, real-time- this is what I do. My appraoch in real estate is always based on business first; it's your job to love the house and mine to make sure that the investment is sound and the product is good. There are many potholes to avoid when navigating the purchase or sale of real estate, and if caught, the way out of, or around, those potholes can be very unpleasant. Due diligence is paramount- it's not just about making the deal, it's about making sure the deal is good from start to finish.
