Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord operates 14 French catholic elementary schools and 3 French catholic secondary schools in Mattawa, Bonfield, Astorville, Thorne, North Bay, Sturgeon Falls, River Valley, and Verner. These schools offer a continuous French-language program starting in junior kindergarten and going on through to grade twelve. Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord's French-language schools provide a safe and caring environment where children and young adults are treated with respect and given every opportunity for success. High standards are the norm and are reflected in provincial test results. Our students participate in daily physical activity, sports, artistic and cultural events as well as community projects.
