At Healthy Minds Hypnosis Canada, we listen and ask questions about the issue that you have come to see us about. Through the use of hypnosis we will start you on the road to make the changes that you want to make in your lives. We will teach you how to self-hypnotize so that you can continue making the desired change in your life in between visits. For 20 years I have been a high school teacher. For the last 7 years I have been teaching a program in Personalized Alternative Education working with students who had some difficulty working in a regular classroom. I can help children, adolescents and adults achieve their goals in making meaningful and healthy changes in their lives. I was trained by Georgina Cannon and became a Certified Consulting Hypnotist. I also became a Member in Good Standing with the National Guild of Hypnotists (the largest international organization for Hypnotists).
