Montessori North School

Montessori North School is one of the oldest & longest established private schools in Markham. From its simple beginnings, to the charm & comfort of a beautiful historic home in Unionville - our current home. Montessori North School has grown & prospered. It is often called one of Markham's hidden treasures, nestled in a beautiful, natural setting. Over the past 30 years, Montessori North School has been a home-away-from-home for hundreds of Markham's children. We offer a Montessori program for 2 to 6 year old that runs half or full days. What we hope to accomplish through our curriculum is to deliver children to themselves by giving them Dr. Montessori's "Keys to the Universe", as well as nurturing their social & emotional confidence to go out into the world to use them. The goal of Montessori North School is to give our children the gift & joy of learning, which will remain with them for the rest of their lives. "Joy of Learning & Love of Life" since 1983.
