Gary Blazak, Planning Consultant

Gary Blazak RPP, MCIP is a Registered Professional Planner in the Province of Ontario, and a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. He has more than 25 years of professional planning consulting experience on behalf of both the public & private sectors in Ontario. He has extensive land use planning experience in both urban & rural environments, waterfront planning, parks & recreation planning, & environmental assessments. He has authored several comprehensive official plans & zoning by-laws, & he has managed the processing of hundreds of official plan & zoning by-law amendments, as well as numerous minor variances & consents. Gary has personally managed the processing of several residential & industrial plans of subdivision & condominium resulting in approvals for hundreds of hectares of approved development. Gary has given expert testimony at more than 150 Ontario Municipal Board Hearings on behalf of individuals, neighbourhood associations, municipalities and developers.
