Sonya Skating School

If you can't skate, you can't play !Here at Sonya's Skating School, we add power, strength, endurance and speed to your skating. Our program will teach proper techniques in all aspects of skating. Individual corrections are given to each student.We teach you the same drills to you and some of the foremost hockey players in the NHL!Please note: Our program is not a 'learn to skate school'. All players must be able to skate both forwards and backwards.Our Aim is: ' to teach boot and blade awareness ' to teach proper balance and posture ' longer strides ' improve speed & flow forwards and backwards ' develop quick starts ' improve self motivation and confidence ' correct existing problems
