Anvale Homes was founded in 2007 by Angelo and Valerie Gerardi. We created Anvale Homes from our passion to deliver unique, innovative, quality crafted homes. At Anvale Homes, we don't simply build houses, we build homes! We understand that building/renovating a home is one of the most significant financial and emotional investments our clients take on in their lives. Valerie Kartavicius-Gerardi is a second generation builder in the GTA. Valerie grew up in the industry working for and alongside her father, Albert Kartavicius, a highly respected local homebuilder. He was founding partner in Ideal Homes, Ideal Greenpark, Valley Park and Eden Oak Homes. Valerie and Angelo have a hands-on-approach to building, very detail orientated in the design and construction of every project. We enjoy working closely with clients, designers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that each home is constructed with the utmost skill, in order to achieve unparalleled quality and craftmanship.
