In this era of almost constant change, your organization's ability to adapt and respond quickly may mean its very survival. Yet research shows that almost 70 percent of change initiatives fail and almost 75 percent of those that are successful fail to achieve all of their intended results. Time and again I have seen, that the organizations that succeed with change are those that address the human side of change.Many organizations spend thousands of dollars on change initiatives, only to realize that no real change has occurred – leaving employees suffering from change fatigue. I believe this must stop. I want to help leaders learn how to balance the human and organizational elements of change, and create a more responsive, stronger, and competitive organization.
