At Hoku Integrated Healthcare we provide over 15 years of one on one acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine services. We are a general practice that focuses on pain relief, emotional wellbeing, and women's health challenges that often occur approaching menopause and beyond. We teach meditation and gentle exercise (Qi Gong), and offer diet counselling.; our pharmacist/acupuncturist can also provide you with expert medication, supplement, and herb advice.
