All of our appraisers are accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), which was founded in 1938 and for over 70 years has been the leading Canadian appraisal organization in educational, mentoring, and professional development within our industry. The AIC has a mandatory code of Rules and Ethics, and follows the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. (CUSPAP).
