JPL Custom Homes has been serving the Cowichan Valley, including Duncan, Cobble Hill, Mill Bay and Maple Bay, to name a few, for over 40 years. In that time, JPL has seen many new ideas and advancements in building design come along and has itself evolved. JPL has two principal owners, John Neefs and Berry Sintnicolaas, who take pride in building some of Vancouver Island's finest homes. John is an original partner of JPL, and Berry has worked with JPL for many years, obtaining his journeyman carpenter designation and becoming a partner in 2002.
