Rock Solid FoundationThe Rock Solid Foundation (RSF) is a registered charity that was started in Esquimalt BC in 1998. RSF collaborates with the University of Victoria to develop and support the evidence based WITS Programs. WITS stands for the strategies – Walk away, Ignore, Talk it Out, and Seek Help. It is a bullying prevention program for children widely used in elementary schools.
