Our instruction is geared towards building each athlete's strengths and improving weaker areas through targeted approaches. We go beyond just running drills and get to know each goaltender on and off the ice. The best goalies have strong foundations in multiple skill sets and as such we incorporate and focus on developing physical, technical, tactical and mental skills in all of our programming.
