We are a multi-disciplinary health clinic offering massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and psychology/mental health services 7 days a week with 2 locations in Spruce Grove. Our massage therapists offer deep tissue, relaxation, pre-natal, and therapeutic massage. They are also trained in myofascial cupping and trigger point therapy. Evening and weekend appointments available. Physiotherapy is offered in a one-on-one model with manual therapy, vestibular rehab, concussion therapy, shock wave therapy, dry-needling, modalities, and exercise therapy. In-clinic treadmill and exercise bike also available. Chiropractic care for the whole family is available with our our Doctors at Elements Health seven days a week. Psychology and mental health services are available 7 days a week. With Registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Psychotherapists, we offer affordable options starting at $155/hr. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
