Greenland Garden Centre

At Greenland, our roots are strong. In 1960, John Chichak started the company, specializing in lawn maintenance with a small garden centre in north Edmonton. In 1981, John's children - Deborah, Tim, Wayne, and son-in-law Rod, decided to build a garden centre that was to be a year round destination for gardening, home décor and so much more. On April 23, 1991, the new Greenland celebrated it's grand opening.It's been over five decades since Greenland was first established. We continue to be a family business that serves families. Our staff are consistently commended by customers for their helpful & friendly service. The Greenland family is proud to offer excellence in quality, selection & service all year round.
