Richard Hicks RMT; I practice Lensen Therapy: Osteopathic assessments and corrections of the spine and pelvis. Lensen is borowed from a Japanese term meaning 'At Peace' or 'At Rest.' Peace & Rest implies balance and harmony between all of the bodies systems in all of its planes, which can only be achieved when it is not being pulled into unbalanced positions. Lensen incorporates osteopathic assessments and corrections of the spine and pelvis, along with trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue(Swedish massage), MET (muscle Energy techniques), ART (active release therapy), as well as Dynamic Cupping. I use all of these skills to restore the whole body to a balanced state of Peace & Rest; allowing Healing & Pain Relief.
