We are an earth moving company located in Fort Saskatchewan Alberta providing "Earth moving Excellence" since 1964. Our shop and office are located in the East Gate Industrial Park in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. We construct the following types of projects: road extension, rail spur, rail yard, site preparation, heavy civil earth moving, landfill cell construction, brine pond, subdivisions, gravel pit reclamation. Three generations of family construction experience has built Noyen Construction Ltd., to what we have today. We have evolved onto an earth moving company, with many long term clients in and around the City of Fort Saskatchewan. We have a very modern office and a well equipped 5 bay shop to perform any repairs to our fleet of equipment.
