Since then SpruceLand has grown consistently and today has a diversified portfolio of revenue producing properties including multi-family, manufactured home parks, office, retail and industrial buildings in numerous communities in Northern & Central Alberta and BC. With over 300 shareholders, SpruceLand is a Canadian controlled private corporation for tax purposes and a reporting issuer to the Alberta Securities Commission.
